Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Wontons

Servings: 6 wontons


  • 2 pieces bacon
  • 2 eggs scrambled
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • 1 tbsp Ketchup for dipping


  • Begin by cooking the bacon according to the package or use the air fried method.

Air Fried Method 

  • Line the basket of the air fryer with aluminum foil and place the double layer rack on top of it. Place the bacon on the rack and cook at 370F for 8 minutes.
  • While the bacon is cooking, scramble the eggs.
  • Slice the cooked bacon into one-inch strips. After that, lay the wonton wrappers on a plate. Add one tablespoon of scrambled eggs, a one-inch piece of bacon, and a pinch of shredded cheese.
  • To assemble, spoon one tablespoon of scrambled eggs, one-inch piece of bacon, and a pinch of shredded cheese onto each wrapper. Using your finger, brush water around the edges of the wrapper. Fold the edges of the wrapper up and around the filling and pinch in the center to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
  • Place the wrapped wontons on the double layer rack in the air fryer. Cook on 370F for 4 minutes.
