How to Make the Spicy Chicken Salad
This salad is super easy to make a delicious! I love having this salad for dinner. It is full of fresh vegetables, a healthy dressing, and protein from the chicken. You will feel great after it!
Begin by making the chicken marinade. In a mixing bowl, combine sriracha, honey, and garlic powder. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and put them in the chicken marinade. Marinate for at least half an hour. Once marinated, heat a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the chicken and flip them over until all the chicken is cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad. In a salad bowl, add spring mix, shredded carrots, red onion, sliced radishes, and cherry tomatoes.
Top with cooked chicken and dress with creamy parsley-cilantro greek yogurt dressings. Toss and enjoy!
