Sorry, Loon, this isn’t for you! Sweeten up your snow day with this low-carb brownie! It was so easy to make and delicious. I decided to make it a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to go with the snow day theme! However, an oven-safe ramekin works too! This brownie is also paleo and keto!!

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Spray a ramekin with nonstick spray or spray the inside a metal cookie cutter. Pour the batter into the ramekin or cookie cutter. Bake for 15 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean. Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the brownie and sprinkle with sprinkles. Enjoy!!
