Pumpkin Spice Granola
Pumpkin Spice Granola is super easy to make and full of fall flavors! Your kitchen will also smell amazing when you make it! It only takes a few ingredients, and you will have your go-to breakfast or snack for the week.
I love making homemade granola. There is so much you can do with the flavors to make it just how you like it. Substitute a nut out if you prefer another, add a little more sweetener if you like it sweeter, and bake it slightly longer if you want it crunchier.
What ingredients do I need to make pumpkin spice granola?
Dry Ingredients
- Rolled oats- Organic, all-natural rolled oats are a great ingredient to use. Oats are good for your cholesterol and full of fiber and antioxidants. Oats also help control blood sugar levels.
- Sunflower seeds- I used sunflower seeds because they add a nice crunch.
- Pecans – Pecans pair so nicely with maple flavor.
- Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds- These are hands down my favorite fall food from TraderJoe’s! The flavor is fantastic!
- Chia seeds-Chia seeds are small but mighty. They have lots of nutrients with very few calories.
- Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
- Cinnamon
- Salt
Wet Ingredients
- Maple syrup– When selecting your maple syrup, it is important to look at the ingredients list and make sure there are no added sugars, preservatives, or additives. Don’t worry. It is still delicious and sweet!
- Maple extract
- Coconut Oil– Coconut oil adds a buttery coconut flavor to the granola.
