Peanut Butter Baked Oats
How did it take me this long to try blended baked oats? I figured a snow day was the perfect day to try this cozy breakfast, and I can not wait to make them again.
Ingredients needed
- old fashioned oats
- almond milk
- flaxseed meal
- peanut butter protein powder
- baking powder
- cinnamon
- peanut butter
- honey
How to make these oats
Add all of the ingredients besides the peanut butter to a high-speed blender and blend until everything is evenly combined. Pour into an oven-safe dish (I used a 10 oz ramekin). After that, add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter into the middle. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Optional: Drizzle with peanut butter and honey. Enjoy!

- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp peanut butter plus more to drizzle
- 1 tsp honey plus more to drizzle
Instructions
