Peanut Butter Baked Oats

How did it take me this long to try blended baked oats? I figured a snow day was the perfect day to try this cozy breakfast, and I can not wait to make them again.

Ingredients needed

  • old fashioned oats
  • almond milk
  • flaxseed meal
  • peanut butter protein powder
  • baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • peanut butter
  • honey

How to make these oats

Add all of the ingredients besides the peanut butter to a high-speed blender and blend until everything is evenly combined. Pour into an oven-safe dish (I used a 10 oz ramekin). After that, add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter into the middle. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Optional: Drizzle with peanut butter and honey. Enjoy!

  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter plus more to drizzle
  • 1 tsp honey plus more to drizzle

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients besides the peanut butter to a high-speed blender and blend until everything is evenly combined.
