Parmesan Crusted Salmon
This Parmesan Crusted Salmon will be your new favorite way to have salmon. It is SO easy to make and is absolutely delicious. With four ingredients, this air fryer dinner will be a new weeknight go-to.
Ingredients needed to make this salmon
- 1 pound of salmon cut in half
- 1 tbsp of fresh herbs- I used oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
How to make Parmesan Crusted Salmon
Begin by lining the air fryer with aluminum foil and preheating the air fryer for 5 minutes on 400F.
After that, slice the salmon into two pieces. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Chop the herbs into tiny pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together fresh herbs, mayo, and, grated parmesan cheese. Divide the mixture in half and spread it evenly on both pieces of salmon.
Air fryer the salmon at 390F for 6 to 11 minutes, depending on the thickness. Salmon fillets around 1 inch will need 8 to 9 minutes.
Serve with your favorite veggies on a salad.
