Healthy Protein Brownies

These Healthy Protein Brownies are super easy to make, moist, gooey, gluten-free, and delicious! These fudgy brownies and are made with Earth Chimps chocolate protein powder, chocolate chips, almond flour, and coconut sugar.

The first time I tried Earth Chimps protein powder, I blended it into a smoothie. The chocolate flavor is amazing and tastes like a brownie. I knew I had to make protein-packed brownies with it, and it did not disappoint!

Here is what you will need!

  • 2 scoops (or 1/4 cup) of Earth Chimps Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup @hukitchen Chocolate Gems
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

How to make these brownies

Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8″ x 8″ square pan with parchment paper.

In a small mixing bowl, add almond flour, Earth Chimps chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a medium mixing bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30- second increments until fully melted. Stir until smooth.

Add coconut sugar to the chocolate mixture and whisk together.

Next, whisk in eggs and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture.

Fold in the almond flour mixture.

Pour into the already prepared pan. Spread evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool before you cut the brownies into squares.

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder or 1/4 a cup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • cup coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
