How to make healthy caramelized bananas

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.  Place one-half inch sliced banans onto the nonstick skillet. After that, sprinkle with cinnamon. Next, cook for two minutes, flip, sprinkle with cinnamon and cook for another two minutes. Use as a topping!

How to use Healthy Caramelized Banans

  • Skillet and stove


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Slice banana into ½ inch slices.
  • Place banana slices onto nonstick skillet for 2 minutes.
  • Sprinke the side that is up wuth cinnamon.
  • Flip, sprinkle with connamon, cook for 2 minutes.
  • There you have your new go-to topping!
