Gingerbread Energy Bites
These Gingerbread Energy Bites look just like donut holes and taste just as good! They are the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack and will satisfy your holiday sweet tooth while filling you with protein and fiber. You won’t believe how easy they are to make!
Ingredients
- Oat Flour
- Almond Butter
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Flaxseed Meal
- Blackstrap Molasses
- Pure Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Coconut Oil
- Ground Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Salt
For Rolling
- Coconut Sugar
- Ground Ginger
- Cinnamon
How do I make these energy bites?
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together. After that, using the tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. After you make all of the bites, mix coconut sugar, ground ginger, and cinnamon on a plate. Roll the energy bites in the ginger and cinnamon mixture. Place them in the fridge for about an hour or until firm. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
