What ingredients are in healthy peanut butter brownies?

  • Ripe Bananas- The riper the sweeter! When they are ripe, they are also easier to mash.
  • Coconut Sugar- My favorite sugar! It is my go-to in baked goods. It is a natural sugar that is perfectly sweet.
  • Butter- Butter adds a rich flavor to these brownies. However, to make these brownies dairy-free, sub for coconut oil.
  • Almond Flour- Almond flour is a great gluten-free flour that is full of protein. It is also sturdy and will hold your dessert together.
  • Coconut Flour- I love coconut flour. It is a great low-carb, gluten-free flour that adds a little sweetness to the dish.
  • Salt
  • Cocoa Powder- The cocoa powder will add a rich delicious chocolate flavor.
  • Chocolate Chips- Look for paleo options like Hu Chocolate Gems or Enjoy Life
  • All-Natural Creamy Peanut Butter- Some peanut butter can be loaded with sugar. Make sure the only ingredients are peanuts.
