Chocolate Protein Crinkle Cookies

What you need to make these cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup Earth Chimp’s Chocolate Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 cup coconut sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup powdered sugar

How to make these cookies.

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, in a medium bowl, mix whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, Earth Chimp’s Chocolate Protein Powder, baking powder, and salt. After that, in a large mixing bowl, mix melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined. Next fold in chocolate chips. Let the dough chill for 30 minutes in the fridge and then using the 1 tbsp cookie scoop, form cookies into balls. After that, roll the dough in powdered sugar. Bake for 10 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle with more powdered sugar.
