Chocolate Chip Energy Bites Ingredients

Is there anything better than cookie dough?

Cookies are my favorite dessert! However, I could just eat the cookie dough and be happy! These energy bites taste so much like cookie dough and are SO much healthier… in addition, you do not have to worry about eating raw eggs!  They are a no-bake treat that will satisfy that mid-afternoon craving and leave you full until dinner.

How do I make these energy bites?

Add oat flour, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, flaxseed meal, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil to the bowl and mix together.  Using a knife, chop chocolate chips into slices and mix them into the dough.  After that, using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Place them in the fridge for about an hour or until firm. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
