This Fab Four Smoothie is dairy free and full of flavor.
Smoothie Ingredients
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Fresh Spinach
- Frozen Cauliflower or Cauliflower Rice
- Frozen Cherries
- Flax Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Almond Butter
- Chocolate Protein Powder- I love using Primal Kitchen Chocolate Collagen Fuel
- Chocolate Chips (optional)
How do I make this smoothie?
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend to the desired consistency. If you are using a Vitamix, use the tamper to blend everything quickly.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower or rice
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder I love using Primal Kitchen Chocolate Collagen Fuel
- 1 tsp chocolate chips I used Hu Kitchen Gems
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend to the desired consistency. If you are using a Vitamix, use the tamper to blend everything quickly.
