What I love about this recipe is how few ingredients it takes to make and the ingredients you use are free of preservatives.

Ripe Banana: As bananas ripen their starch turns to sugar. Using a ripe banana to makes the recipe will sweeten the result!

Rolled Oats: Organic, all-natural rolled oats are a great ingredient to use. Oats are good for your cholesterol and full of fiber and antioxidants. Oats also help control blood sugar levels.

Maple Syrup: When selecting your maple syrup it is important to look at the ingredients list and make sure there are no added sugars, preservatives, or additives. Don’t worry it is still delicious and sweet!
